MXT vapour permeable flashing

Energy consumption in residential buildings constitutes a significant (approx. 40%) share in total energy used in Europe. Following the global trends, Kronmat Company decided to expand its offer with a set which through the application of additional mounting accessories will allow the client to purchase complete product guaranteeing excellent insulation of the room.

Application of mounting accessories:

MXT vapour permeable flashing with insulation and insulating wool ensures durable connection with the roof slope and provides a complete protection for installed window. It also limits formation of thermal bridges through insulation of roof windows from the outside and drains the moisture from the area around roof window.

 

Design of the flashing allows its direct installation on battens, irrespective of distances between them and their thickness. Appropriate corner connection ensures complete watertightness of the flashing.

 

As standard, vapour permeable flashing comes additionally with insulating material in the form of sheep wool tress which is used for insulation around the window. Natural and environment friendly, specially impregnated sheep wool features optimal density and high elasticity, hence it fills properly the space between the window and roof construction elements. The tress can be easily cut and formed.
