This window combines all the features of our basic centre-pivot window, with a premium white polyurethane coating to protect the strong wooden core from moisture.

Original GLU centre-pivot white finish VELUX roof window with the unique top control bar for easy operation. The improved design allows to open and close the window with one hand. The top control bar makes it very easy to open and close the window even with furniture placed directly below.

GLU window is equipped with integrated ventilation flap. The unique, integrated VELUX ventilation flap lets in fresh air through a dust and insect filter even when the window is closed. Good for rainy days, and ensure a healthy indoor environment.

The New Generation GLU roof window incorporates new, innovative insulation system ThermoTechnology™ and additional seal to offer superior energy efficiency through improved insulating values. Additional seal provides the highest 4 class integrity of the window.

Flashing

EDW for Tiles up to 120 mm

EDL for slate up  to 8 mm

EDP for plain tiles (min roof angle 25 deg – for lower pitch EDW maybe used). Max tile length 340mm.

Instalation Kit

Brackets, screws, plastic wedge and handle are included with the window. Brackets enable easy fitting of the window into the roof, and the plastic wedge allows levelling of the window.
